Summary of disassembly of charging head network

NVC Electrician’s fast charging 86 panel has a 1A1C fast charging interface and can be installed inside the wall like a traditional socket panel. The USB-C interface supports 65W output, and the USB-A interface supports 30W output. When in use, you can directly connect the data cable to charge your laptop or mobile phone, eliminating the trouble of finding a socket to connect the charger.

Charging Head Network learned through disassembly that NVC’s fast charging panel is composed of two PCBs welded together, one of which is a switching power supply and the other is for synchronous rectification and protocol functions. The primary level uses ON Semiconductor NCP1342 main control chip, paired with Innosec INN650D190A gallium nitride switch tube. The synchronous rectification adopts MPS MP6908A synchronous rectification chip and Ruijun RUH120N90M synchronous rectifier tube.

The output uses Yingjixin IP2726 protocol chip for USB-C and USB-A interfaces. The USB-A port uses the Silicon Power SP1231 synchronous buck converter for simultaneous output of the USB-C port and USB-A port. USB-A port voltage reduction. The gallium nitride switch tube is attached with a thermal pad and a heat sink for heat dissipation. The internal high-voltage filter capacitor is from Yongming, and the output solid-state capacitor is from Emerald and Xinruilong. The overall design and materials are good.
