No need for mold opening, EasyCharge launches three Qi2 MPP wireless charging modules
ecently, EasyCharge has launched three Qi2 MPP wireless charging modules specifically aimed at the wireless charging market. These modules support a maximum output power of 15W.
The Qi2 standard was introduced by the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) in early 2023 as a new wireless charging standard, and EasyCharge’s wireless charging modules support this standard. According to data from WPC, over 200 million mobile phones worldwide currently support the Qi2 standard.
EasyCharge’s three wireless charging modules have an output power of up to 15W, which is the maximum output power of the current Qi2 standard. The output performance of these modules exceeds many similar products on the market, allowing users to achieve faster charging speeds and higher charging efficiency when using wireless charging.
In addition, EasyCharge’s three wireless charging modules also support a 5W BPP mode and another output mode of 7W, allowing users to choose according to their needs. At the same time, the output performance of these modules has been fully optimized to meet the charging power requirements of different devices.
Overall, EasyCharge’s three Qi2 MPP wireless charging modules not only achieve industry-leading levels in output power but also excel in compatibility and charging efficiency. In the future, as more devices support the Qi2 standard, it is believed that EasyCharge’s three wireless charging modules will play an important role in the market.
Currently, EasyCharge has launched three MPP transmitter modules, namely CPS812X, CPS822X, and CPS823X. Among them, the module sizes of CPS822X and CPS823X are 基本一致 with those of Apple’s C222X and C223X, respectively, which can meet the needs of customers to avoid re-tooling and quickly bring their products to market.
All three EasyCharge MPP modules are designed as magnetic charging modules, and they all embed the CPS8200 wireless charging controller, step-up circuit, and full-bridge power MOSFET. The wireless charging controller internally integrates three drivers, supporting PD and QC as well as DC power supply. Holes for soldering wires are reserved on the backside of the module, and simply by assembling an outer shell, they can be used as a complete magnetic wireless charger. The products have been fully developed and can provide complete performance testing reports, and are ready to accept orders in bulk.
The efficiency of all three EasyCharge MPP modules is high, and the charging time for fully charging the MPP iPhone 14 Pro is 140 minutes, which is basically the same as the charging time of the original Apple module.
In the case of direct attachment without deviation or protective shell, the system efficiency can reach over 80%.
Currently, ChargerLAB has obtained the physical sample of the EasyCharge CPS812X wireless charging module. We will use this module as a representative to showcase its details.
The front of the EasyCharge CPS812X wireless charging module is designed without a cover, with a coil set in the center and a circle of magnets around the edge used for (charging).
